One app opens the Company website, Artist website, all public pages, and your secure member tools.
Online · Account Updates Available
- iPhone / iPad: Open JPINC.US in Safari → Share → Add To Home Screen → Add. Open the new icon.
- Android / Windows / Desktop: Use Install above when available, or your browser menu → Install App / Add To Home Screen. On Mac Safari, use File → Add To Dock where supported.
- Sign In: Use the same registered account on each device. Membership, messages, and course records come from your account on the server. Sign in separately on each device; permissions and sound preferences belong to that device.
- Allow Alerts: In your dashboard, turn Device Alerts on and choose Allow. Then select Send Test Device Alert. Repeat on each device. Dashboard Sounds is a separate toggle.
Installation and notifications require your approval. Private browsing, unsupported browsers, or device settings may prevent installation or alerts. The app needs internet for account changes and purchases; it does not queue sensitive actions offline.

Offline public reading
Use the Offline Website button on the Company or Artist entrance while connected to save public pages. Storage is limited to 48 MB. External music, videos and unsaved media may still need a connection. Saving pages does not download private accounts, lessons, exams, certificates, messages or payment details.
Current pages and updates
Online pages load from the website first. If an app update is ready, finish any form, exam or call before choosing Apply update & reload. Later keeps your current session open. Offline copies show previously saved information; reconnect for current prices, schedules and availability.
Secure online features
Sign-in, dashboards, purchases, private course materials, assessments, communication and live traffic require internet. Offline actions are not queued or silently submitted later. Camera, microphone, location and notification access are requested for the feature you choose.
iPhone and Android store apps
The iOS and Android native projects are being prepared for full-site navigation. Signed app-store downloads are not available here yet. They require platform builds, device testing and store review; the installed web app can be used independently.
