Read Before Providing Personal Information

A co-signer is required for every original-unit purchase inquiry. Both the buyer and co-signer must provide their own accurate legal name, contact details, complete address, two different valid government-issued IDs, and a separate live camera selfie. The first ID must be a passport: upload its first two pages, including the identity / photograph page. The second ID must be a different government-issued document. Each image may be up to 5 MB; all eight images must total 20 MB or less.

Personally identifiable information (PII) includes your legal name, contact information, address, passport and other ID images, and selfie. By submitting, both people provide PII to JOUBIN PRODUCTIONS [JP]® INC. for private purchase review. Each person must review the notice and personally consent to providing their own PII. Do not submit someone else’s documents without that person’s participation and consent.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION REQUIRED. Both addresses must be genuine and recognized by the national postal operator in the relevant country. The company must verify both addresses against the applicable postal records before approval. An address that cannot be verified will result in denial; no purchase will proceed with false or unverifiable address information.

U.S. SANCTIONS RESTRICTIONS. The company will not sell to sanctioned persons, companies, third parties, or restricted countries or territories where the transaction is prohibited under applicable United States sanctions. The buyer, co-signer, destination, and any involved parties must pass company sanctions review before approval. Do not use another person or company to evade these restrictions.

Identity images are encrypted in private storage and accessible only to the company owner for review. They are not attached to notification emails. Identity-file review access expires after 30 days; expired files are removed during portal maintenance. Contact details, consent confirmations, statements, and review records remain for purchase correspondence. Hosting and email service providers support this process. No automated face recognition or identity certification is performed.

If either person is uncomfortable providing PII, cancel now and do not upload or submit documents. This inquiry does not reserve a unit, authorize payment, or create a binding guarantee. Any co-signer obligations require a separate agreement reviewed and signed by the parties.
